Rosari earned her Master of Arts in Teaching Dance in the Professions: American Ballet Theatre (ABT) Pedagogy from NYU Steinhardt. She is an ABT® Certified Teacher and completed the Dance Teacher Training Program at the Mark Morris Dance Center. She studied American Modern Dance and Graham Technique at the Martha Graham School and is a certified Pilates instructor through the Club Pilates Teacher Training Program. Prior to pursuing dance full-time, Rosari practiced law after earning her Bachelor of Laws from Universitas Pelita Harapan and her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Georgia.

As a dance educator, Rosari is passionate about nurturing the next generation of artists and leaders. Her teaching philosophy centers on strong technical foundations, creative exploration, critical thinking, and collaborative learning. She is committed to developing versatile, healthy dancers—both physically and mentally—through training that is rigorous, developmentally appropriate, and rooted in the joy of movement.

Rosari has taught ballet, contemporary, and modern dance at institutions including the ABT Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School, Mark Morris Dance Center, NYU Kaleidoscope, Notes in Motion, Gasper School of Dance, and Menari Dance Academy. Most recently, she served as Associate Artistic Director and Children’s Division Coordinator at Northern Plains Dance in Bismarck, North Dakota, where she developed dance education programming, choreographed original works, mentored students and faculty, and created performance opportunities for young dancers across the Great Plains.

Following her tenure at Northern Plains Dance, Rosari continues to expand her work as a dance educator, choreographer, teaching artist, and arts leader. Her work explores the intersection of dance, education, culture, and community, with a particular interest in creating meaningful opportunities for artists and audiences to connect across cultural and geographic boundaries.

In recognition of her artistic leadership, Rosari was selected as an Art Midwest Fellow for 2024–2025 and is a recipient of a Dakota West Arts Council (DWAC) Individual Artist Grant. She serves on the boards of the Dakota West Arts Council and the North Dakota Asian-American Arts and Cultural Initiative (NDAAACI), supporting initiatives that strengthen arts education, cultural exchange, and community engagement throughout North Dakota.
